Verry professional,skilled in their trade. And above all,(so rare these days) HONEST! If they charged as much as everyone else does I would happily have payed that much because these guys work smarter AND harder. After getting my specialty heavy duty 4x4 off road truck the parts it needed and all patched up same day, I pulled off feeling like i robbed THEM for such a seamless and smooth transaction! Usually the other way around in this business. Five stars all day

I had a great experience at Big Discount Tire Pro! I came in to change my tire and get an oil change, and Mona took care of me. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure I understood all the details and pricing before moving forward, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly, and the service felt honest and well-organized. To top it all off, I even got a piece of cake at the end… a sweet and unexpected touch! Highly recommend this place, especially if you get helped by Mona. Simply amazing!

Went to Tire Pros to replace rear passenger side tire of my daughter's 2015 Civic. Service Tech. Shawnte showed me cracking on the tire. Replaced 2 tires and per my request had them mounted in the front. A wheel alignment was also. Happy customer.

Great service... Fast and great prices. I turned up an a very busy Saturday morning with a list of issues for my vehicle and was in need of a full break and shock replacement.. the staff at my Vacaville CA location reviewed my needs and located the parts needed at short notice and assured me they would get the work done same day,... And that is exactly what they did... Amazing work and great service.... Now my go-to location for all thing vehicle
